Cyprus House Listings is an informational reference that aggregates publicly available property listings in Cyprus from third-party sources. This page explains what information is involved when you visit the site.
Information we collect
We do not ask for or store personal data. There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data — such as IP address and browser type — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage only to remember display preferences (such as filters or view mode). We do not set our own tracking cookies.
Links and third-party content
Listings link back to their original source websites (property portals, agencies and public foreclosure auctions), each of which has its own privacy policy that we do not control. Listing details and photos remain the property of their respective owners.
Advertising
This site does not currently display advertising. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated to describe any third-party advertising cookies before ads are enabled.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
